In January, one of our safe birth program moms came to the clinic to deliver. She was carrying twins! When twin #1 started to come out foot first, we put a mattress in the back of the pick up truck and Fleur Bien Aime Flaure Marie took her to the closest OB hospital. Mom got an emergency C-section and all 3 did well.
